In cooperation with the American Collectors Association, we have made studies to determine the uncollectability of accounts in relation to the age of the accounts. The studies revealed that accounts which have had no collection activity for at least 90 days have decreased in value by more than 26%.
Therefore, we suggest that you assign to us - as soon as possible - your past due accounts which are at least 90 days old. This will prevent further deterioration of the money owed to you.
